While for some of you traveling seems uncertain, others are traveling and are planning to do so! People are excited to go overseas and to explore Europe in particular. AMA chartered a few of their boats to a German company this summer, with the first sailing on July 5, 2020. They have worked out sanitation procedures and protocols to keep both crew and guests safe. Temperature checks are a daily occurrence for one and all. Hand sanitizing stations are everywhere. Luggage handles are sanitized before baggage is taken to staterooms. Each stateroom has its own heating and cooling system, so no recirculation of air. Public areas have their own high quality air fog system to continuously ensure clean air. Special attention is taken with public areas. They are focusing on “high touch” areas, such as guardrails, staircases, chair armrests and exercise equipment including their complimentary bikes and helmets.

During your stay, there is one special, nostalgic night. On the Eve of December 5, kids in Europe, put out their shoes or boots downstairs.
